If you are located in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may create, upload, or share characters, campaigns, and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By posting content, you grant Aether Keep a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and share it as needed to operate the Service.

You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

All rights to the Service, its design, branding, and code are owned by Aether Keep.

You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials except as part of the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe rights of others.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or spam.
• Harass or abuse other users.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for loss of data, interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms and notify users by posting a revised version.

Currently the Service is free, but we may introduce paid features in the future.
